Portraying the characters close to my life have been the central theme of my work. Sometimes focusing on their faces, but in most cases, the essence of a portrait for me exists more in the body, in what details say as their hands, hips, torsos, all in the context of almost ambiguous spaces centering the attention in the figure. Although some of my works are very realistic I like to give them a finish similar to that of a sketch and only work with a lot of detail where I feel that I need it.
